How do I keep my jewellery clean?
Detailed care instructions are included in all orders but the general rule is that jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off!
- Always apply your beauty products (perfumes, hairsprays, lotions etc) before putting jewellery on.
- Remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing, showering, exercising, cleaning, and going to bed
- Keep clean by regularly cleaning with a soft lint free jewellery polish cloth (for items with added gemstones clean gently using warm soapy water and pat gently until completely dry with a polishing cloth).
All precious metals are delicate and will tarnish over time so treating them with care and regular cleaning will help to keep them at their best for years to come!
Do I have to pay for postage?
Delivery within the UK is completely FREE. I send all items by Royal Mail, First Class Signed For..
The cost of shipping items outside of the UK, the responsibility of the customer and will vary depending on where the customer is in the world. There may also be additional charges (such as taxes, customs etc) that might be charged to the customer. Just send me an email before you make your order and I will work out the cost to ship to your country. For further info please look at my Delivery & Returns Policy.
Can I exchange an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days (28 days for international orders) to return an item to be exchanged (in the same condition as it arrived). Please check my Returns Policy and the Terms and Conditions for full details. Return postage/shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers.
Can I return an item and get a refund?
Yes. If you change your mind about your order then the same terms apply as they do to exchanges. Please check my Returns Policy and the Terms and Conditions for further information. Return postage/shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers.
What happens if my item is faulty?
Customers who wish to return items due to a fault can send their order back within 30 days of receipt of order. If I can fix it I will (with your permission) otherwise you will be eligible for a full refund (minus delivery costs to return the order to me and me back to you). Please see the Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions for full details.
Can you replicate items that are on the website?
Yes. Provided that they are not a one off piece I can replicate items advertised in my shop. Please note that they may vary slightly to the photos used for illustration purposes as those pieces are most likely to have sold.
Do you do commissions?
Yes, if you send me details of what you have in mind I'll let you know if it's something I can help you with.
