Delivery
Every item of jewellery is handmade by me alone so, unless an item is in stock and ready to ship the estimated delivery times can vary.
All dispatch and delivery times below are estimates. I can't be held responsible for any delays outside of these approximate timings. For full details of lost and delayed items please visit the site's Terms and Conditions page
United Kingdom Delivery
Delivery within the UK is always FREE and all orders are shipped by Royal Mail, First Class Signed For. You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched.
Orders made on a Friday will be processed as early as possible the following Monday.
International Delivery
Delivery charges for orders to Europe and the rest of the world are the customers responsibility. The shipping cost for your order will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location selected. We ship items overseas via the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for added peace of mind. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes when sending overseas.

Europe
Shipping/delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Unless items are in stock, please allow approximately 5 - 7 working days for me to process and dispatch your order. You will receive email notification once your order is dispatched and you will be given an estimated timeframe for delivery.
Rest of the World
Shipping/delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Unless items are in stock, please allow approximately 10 - 14 working days for me to process and dispatch your order. You will receive email notification once your order is dispatched and you will be given an estimated timeframe for delivery.
Please note that Alléro Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged deliveries overseas.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind
Of course, I hope that you will love your Alléro Jewellery, however if it arrives and you decide for any reason that it just isn't for you then I will happily offer you an exchange or a full refund (don't worry, this includes earrings!). The items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order (up to 28 days for International orders). The items must be returned in their original condition & packaging and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
To return an item, please send an email to allerojewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. This will make processing your refund as easy as possible and help me to improve my services in the future.
The cost of returning an item both inside and outside the UK will be at your own cost and your own risk. I would advise for any returns to be sent back to me via a tracked/recorded postal service for peace of mind. I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post.
Faulty items
Although I do everything possible to ensure that your Alléro Jewellery arrives safely, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a fault caused by the making process I am sincerely sorry. Although I cannot take responsibility for any damage during transit, please contact me within 30 days of purchase and I can either try and fix the item or you will be entitled to receive a full refund (minus return delivery charges). Wear and tear does not deem the product faulty.
Please note that I am not liable for any other jewellers work. If a faulty jewellery item is corrected by another jeweller and then returned, this voids the 30 day warranty period and refund.
International returns
If overseas customers require an item to be fixed and returned then please contact me by email and I'll endeavour to give you a positive solution. As above, the cost of return to me will be the customers responsibility and may incur additional shipping, taxes or customs fees.
Any subsequent redispatch of returned/exchanged back to the customer could also be subject to additional shipping, taxes and/or customs fees.
Personalised items
Regrettably, any personalised items (e.g. engraved pieces) are non-returnable/non-refundable.
